What packages do you offer?
Our packages start at $1995.00 with most of my clients spending between $3,500 and $9,000 when it's all said and done. We can customize our packages to meet your needs exactly.

How can we pay?
We accept cash, check or credit cards. A $500.00 retainer for photo or cinema is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Is Aaron Overcash available for our wedding date?
YES! But we book up fast. If you're interested in my wedding photography, please don't procrastinate! If multiple couples are interested in the same wedding date, the first to sign a contract and pay the retainer will reserve the date.

When do I schedule my bridal and engagement sessions?
We usually schedule engagement sessions at least 6 months out from the wedding. Bridal portraits should be taken at least 2 months before the wedding. This allows plenty of time to have a bridal portrait in time for your big day. We are available for portrait sessions Tuesday through Friday. Depending on the time of year and the location, we prefer to take engagement/bridal portraits in the late afternoon/evening.

What should I wear for my engagement session?
Our advice for clothing is to wear something that is very "you". If you want to change it up a little bit, feel free to bring an outfit to change into. Just one is fine as we usually don't have time for more than one outfit change. Pick outfits that will look great together. Put your outfits on and stand together in front of a mirror. If you like them there you will like them in your photographs. You definitely want to avoid clothes with overly busy patterns (fine pin stripes, plaids, floral patterns).

Do you travel for engagement sessions/bridal portraits?
Yes! We really enjoy shooting in locations that are special for each couple and we love getting to discover and capture new places, while having a blast with our clients. We also have a 1 acre portrait park where our office is located with an old truck, old tractor & other settings if that fits your style also. Travel fees apply. Ask for details.

What kinds of products do you offer?
We take great pride in the quality of our products. We offer high quality albums and prints in a variety of styles to meet everyone's needs. In particular, we offer popular flush-mount (coffee table) albums, premium quality canvas portraits (Gallery wraps), metal prints, story blocks, save the date magnets/cards & much more.

Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes! We love to travel! We enjoy the challenge of shooting in a new location and the opportunity to spend more time with the couple and wedding party. Destination weddings offer a bit more flexibility and give us even more time to get some great portraits. It is also very nice for you to have the photographer that knows you and your style to be with you on your wedding day. Contact us for a custom travel quote.

Do you recommend having more than one photographer?
We definitely recommend having two photographer for weddings unless they are very small. This allows us to focus more on the bride and groom while the second photographer captures other things happening in the crowd. This assures we won't miss anything! Most of our packages include 2 photographers standard.

How will I get the best wedding day photos?
Good question! First of all, the most important thing you can do is be on time, RELAX and enjoy your wedding day! The more fun you let yourself have, the more fun and excitement you'll see in the photos! Our goal is for us to get to know each other before the wedding so that on the wedding the more fun and excitement you'll see in the photos! My goal is for us to get to know each other before the wedding so that on the wedding day you'll feel very comfortable, and I'll know how to capture your personalities the best way. Make sure you plan on taking engagement portraits with us because that is a great chance to warm up to each other.

Do you recommend seeing each other before the wedding?
Yes! If a bride and groom choose to see each other before the ceremony, we usually have an intimate 'first look.' Often times the expressions we capture during the first look are better than those we would capture walking down the aisle. After the first look, we'll take some time to capture some really awesome portraits of the bride and groom. This will also give the bride and groom a few "ALONE" minutes together!

How many weddings do you shoot in a weekend?
We only shoot one wedding per weekend!

How much time do you require for formal shots after the ceremony?
30 minutes is a safe estimate we try very hard to stick to. This can take more time depending on the formal shots you've requested.

How long does it take to get my photos?
1-2 weeks after your portrait sessions you will come back in for your proof consult. This allows you to see your photos for the first time, also choose which prints you'd like to order & include in your proof albums. 3-4 weeks after the wedding we will have them posted online and will call you to pick up your disks and album information.

Do I choose the images for my wedding album?
Yes ! You will choose a set number of images and email us a list. We will design the album and post a proof online in about 30 days. You'll be able to look at the proof and request changes you would like. We will make the changes and post the final design for you to approve, this process makes it much faster and less overwhelming for you!

How long does it generally take to get my wedding album?
From the time you approve the album design and we place the order, it will take 3-4 weeks to receive your album. We ship it directly to your address getting it to you much faster.

Do I get a CD (High Resolution) with all my images?
We include a high resolution CD in almost every package we offer. Your contract will grant you a copyright release which means you can print them, put them online, or use them for any type of personal use.
